1200-1600 hours: Tour Panhandle Plains Museum on the West Texas A&M University Campus in Canyon. Lunch on Campus or in Museum (Meal sponsor needed) Entry Fee is a reduced price of $9.00
1630-EOM: Walking Tours of “Historic Route 66 Sixth Street” Antique and other shops and Wolflin Village and Wolflin Square. Dinner by individual or small group choice.
October 12, Friday,
0900-1300 hours: Bell Helicopter Plant Tour hosted by Shannon Massey Plant Manager followed by Lunch sponsored by Bell Helicopter at No Cost to VDA.
Tour the V-22 Osprey assemble line along with the V280 Valor test assembly and flight testing production area, Tour the Civilian 525 Medium Heavy Lift, fly by wire assembly building. Tour Army and Marine Helicopter refitting and rebuilding assembly areas.
Total Tour includes 1.5 million square foot production plant
1700-EOM: Evening Banquet at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Convention Center at no cost to VDA. Anticipated menu will be Steak and Salmon entrees with a seasonal vegetable and desert.

Guest Speakers at Bell and or Banquet, Potentially Senator John Cornyn and House Chairman for Armed Services Mac Thornberry (invitations pending Board concurrence).

8 AM until EOM: Pancake Breakfast at Blue Sky Airport
Tours of 15 Privately owned Hangers and Aircraft including War Birds and Antique Aircraft
Flights in Aircraft over Palo Duro Canyon. We are working on a fuel reimbursement cost for those pilots that take our folks up in the their aircraft.
Rides in UH-1H Huey with Ron Clark former pilot with 3rd Platoon 45th Medical Air Ambulance. Limit of three fuel loads. Twenty dollars per person.
